Provincial Fatherland Front Committee congratulates outstanding teachers

(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20), a working delegation of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee visited outstanding teachers in Dien Chau and Yen Thanh districts.

The delegation led by comrade Nguyen Van Huy - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee visited and presented flowers to congratulate teacher To Sy Giuu (born in 1918) - former Vice Principal of the Mountainous Pedagogical School in Minh Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district.

During his many years of work, Mr. Giuu received many certificates of merit from various levels of government. In particular, he was also awarded a khaki shirt by Uncle Ho when he achieved the title of "National Emulation Fighter" in 1957.
