Speaking at the reception, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Nghe An province acknowledged and highly appreciated the noble gesture of agencies, businesses, organizations and philanthropists in the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic.
He affirmed that promoting the tradition of patriotism, the strength of great solidarity and upholding the spirit of "fighting the epidemic like fighting the enemy", over the past months, with the participation of the entire political system, the joint efforts and consensus of all the people, the whole country has contributed to gradually preventing and controlling the Covid-19 epidemic, while carrying out the task of socio-economic development, and successfully organizing important political events of the country.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province respectfully acknowledges the response of all classes of people and expresses gratitude for the timely support of businesses, organizations and individuals inside and outside the province for the forces directly responsible for fighting the Covid-19 epidemic, quarantine areas and ensuring social security for vulnerable groups in need of community assistance.In the coming time, the epidemic situation will remain complicated. The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee hopes that businesses, philanthropists, and people from all walks of life will continue to promote their responsibilities, actively support materially and spiritually to join the province in preventing and repelling the Covid-19 epidemic.

At the ceremony, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province received 67.3 million VND from the following units: Provincial Party Committee Organizing Committee 20 million VND; Nghe An Provincial Political School 22.3 million VND; Provincial Veterans Association 10 million VND; Nghe An Civil Servants' Union 5 million VND and State Bank of Vietnam, Nghe An branch 10 million VND.

Thus, on June 1, 2021 alone, 18 agencies, organizations, businesses and individuals registered and donated more than 414 million VND.
