At the Nghe An bridge, Mr. Pham Van Ha, Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired. Also attending were representatives of the Provincial People's Council and a number of relevant departments, branches and sectors.

Immediately after the speech of Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Nguyen Minh Quang, from the provincial bridge points, National Assembly delegates asked questions to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment including: the Ministry's state management responsibility for mineral resource exploitation (gold, sand, etc.) associated with environmental protection; land management for forestry farms; whether or not to redistribute agricultural land; how people born after 1993 can have land for production; results of the implementation of land allocation and issuance of land use right certificates, the situation of wasteful land use; handling of outstanding complaints and denunciations related to land, etc.

Meeting at Nghe An bridge

Based on the response of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, National Assembly deputies and representatives of voters from the provinces also raised quite straightforward questions when the Minister's response was unclear or did not answer to the point. In the response, Minister Nguyen Minh Quang explained the reasons and frankly accepted responsibility when some objectives and tasks related to the Ministry's management and implementation were still slow. Currently, the progress of granting land use right certificates in localities and returning land at forestry farms to people is still slow. This is not only related to the responsibility of the Ministry but also the responsibility of localities, but the Ministry has not urged or resolved it.
