At the above time, the cargo truck with license plate 37C-014.68 of Mr. Vo Van Thang of Thang Hang Transport Company - Block 9, Do Luong town, driven by driver Nguyen Van Viet (born in 1985), residing in Dong Son commune, Do Luong district, was traveling in the direction of Anh Son - Do Luong.

When arriving at Linh Son commune, it collided with a tire cart driven by Mr. Pham Dinh Vien (born in 1963), residing in Linh Son commune, going in the same direction. The collision caused 2 people on the truck and 1 person on the tire cart to be seriously injured and had to be taken to the hospital for emergency treatment; the front of the truck with license plate 37C-014.68 was severely damaged, the cart was crushed.

The cart was smashed.
