This is also one of the practical solutions to actively contribute to preventing, stopping and repelling the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, practicing thrift, preventing and combating corruption and waste; promptly correcting weaknesses, limitations and shortcomings among cadres, party members and grassroots party organizations.

Therefore, Party Committees need to expand democracy, implement well the democratic regulations at the grassroots level, so that all people can effectively participate in giving opinions on Party building. It is necessary to provide timely and public information so that people know clearly about the Party and State's guidelines, policies, laws, and decisions of the Party Committee on political, economic, cultural - social, security - defense issues... related to people's lives; Party decisions on cadre and party member management; working regulations of Party committees, regulations on implementing democracy at the commune level, regulations on the rights and responsibilities of the masses in inspecting and supervising cadres and party members...

In order for the inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline at all levels to receive more attention and to go deeper and achieve better results, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations at the commune and ward levels must also more clearly define their positions, roles, functions and tasks in the process of implementing local political tasks.

In fact, in recent times, district, city, town party committees and subordinate party committees have all had plans to assign members of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee to monitor, direct and be in charge of 1-5 bases according to regions or areas of work. The content of direction and periodic reporting regimes are clearly and strictly regulated, the results and effectiveness of implementing political tasks at the grassroots level are attached to the content of the evaluation of the completion of tasks of the Party Committee members at the end of the year and the end of the term.

Inspection and supervision work is increasingly concerned by grassroots Party committees. Most Party organizations have working regulations of the Inspection Committee, annual and term-wide inspection and supervision plans; the quality of inspections and supervisions, and the quality of the inspection staff have been improved. In addition, the supervisory role of the people, the Fatherland Front at all levels and mass organizations has also been expanded and effectively promoted to promptly detect and correct violations of Party members, clean up the team, strengthen people's trust, and improve the capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization.
