(Baonghean) - At 10:00 a.m. on November 8, 2011, Market Management Team No. 3 under the Nghe An Market Management Department coordinated with Nghi Loc District Police to stop a passenger car with license plate 14M-0609 traveling north-south on National Highway 1A driven by Nguyen Thach, residing at 554/4 Bach Dang Street, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province. Upon inspection, the team discovered 360 plastic bullet guns of various types and 5,700 plastic bullets all manufactured abroad, and 700 400-gram Omo soap packages without invoices or documents. The team drew up a record of confiscation, temporary detention and issued a decision to administratively sanction the vehicle in accordance with the law.
