1087 Call Center is the first tourism information call center in Vietnam, providing tourism information and products in Vietnamese and English.
This morning, the Department of Tourism, the Department of Information and Communications, in coordination with VNPT Ho Chi Minh City, announced the operation of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Information Hotline - Hotline 1087.

Call center 1087 is the first tourism information call center in Vietnam, providing information and tourism products in Vietnamese and English. In addition to introducing destinations, scenic spots, traditions, cultural identities, and regional tourism programs across the country, call center 1087 also connects directly to travel agencies and books tickets according to customers' needs. In addition, when encountering incidents that cause unsafe travel security, tourists can call call center 1087 to be guided to contact the authorities for support.
