According to observations, gold shops in Vinh on the morning of July 15 were quite deserted, some shops had a few customers all morning, some shops had no customers. Ms. Hien, the owner of a gold shop on Le Loi Street, said: A few days ago, there were a sudden influx of customers, mainly to buy gold, but in the past two days, the gold price has dropped and there have been no customers coming to buy. The listed buying price of gold is 3,480,000 VND/tael, but some people are coming to sell. In Vinh, there are fewer and fewer customers investing in gold, so it is increasingly difficult for us to expand our production and business.
At Phu Nguyen gold and silver shop (Cao Thang street, Vinh city) this morning, the listed price of 9999 gold is 3,480,000 VND/tael for buying and 3,740,000 VND/tael for selling. At Tan Kim Dung gold and silver shop (Vinh market), the listed price for 9999 gold is 3,500,000 VND/tael for buying and 3,750,000 VND/tael for selling. Western gold (70% gold) has a buying price of 2,090,000 VND/tael and a selling price of 2,640,000 VND/tael. Other silver and gemstone items remain at the same price. There are only a few customers and there are almost no people buying "surfing" gold.
