SJC gold approaches 69 million VND/tael

DOJI listed the price of 9999 gold at 68.10 million VND/tael for buying and 68.90 million VND/tael for selling.

At Mi Hong Gold and Gemstone Company, at the time of survey, the listed price of SJC gold was at 68.20 - 68.55 million VND/tael (buy - sell).
SJC gold price at Bao Tin Minh Chau Company Limited is also traded by the enterprise at 68.15 - 68.80 million VND/tael (buy - sell). Meanwhile, at Bao Tin Manh Hai, it is being traded at 68.07 - 68.68 million VND/tael (buy - sell).
According to Kitco, the world gold price recorded at 5:00 a.m. today (Vietnam time) was at 1,848.820 USD/ounce. Converted according to the current exchange rate at Vietcombank, the world gold price is about 53.512 million VND/tael (excluding taxes and fees). Thus, the price of SJC gold bars is still 14.738 million VND/tael higher than the international gold price.
USD exchange ratereduction in banks
The central USD/VND exchange rate announced by the State Bank today decreased by 100 VND compared to September 28, currently at 24,089 VND/USD.
Currently, the USD exchange rate that commercial banks are allowed to trade is from 23,400 - 25,243 VND/USD. The selling exchange rate has also been adjusted by the State Bank of Vietnam to the buying and selling range of 23,400 - 25,243 VND/USD.
The domestic USD exchange rate this morning recorded a series of downward adjustments at banks. Specifically, Vietcombank reduced the buying price by 100 VND to 24,120 VND and the selling price to 24,460 VND. Domestic coffee prices remain stable
Updated at 4:24 a.m. on October 2, domestic coffee prices are stable and at a fairly high level; coffee prices in the Central Highlands provinces average 66,400 VND/kg, the highest price is 66,700 VND/kg.
Specifically, the coffee purchase price in Gia Lai and Kon Tum provinces on October 2 was VND66,300/kg. In Dak Nong province, coffee was purchased at the highest price of VND66,700/kg.
The price of green coffee beans (coffee beans, fresh coffee beans) in Lam Dong province in districts such as Bao Loc, Di Linh, Lam Ha, coffee is purchased at 65,900 VND/kg.
In Cu M'gar district, Dak Lak province, coffee price is currently at 66,400 VND/kg. In Ea H'leo district, Buon Ho town, it is purchased at the same price of 66,500 VND/kg.
Highest pepper price 72,000 VND/kg
Pepper prices today (October 2), domestic markets in the Central Highlands and Southeast regions continue to move sideways, maintaining prices from 69,000 VND/kg - 72,000 VND/kg.
In particular, the Central Highlands region continues to fluctuate in the range of 69,000 VND/kg - 70,0000 VND/kg. Specifically, the price of Chu Se pepper (Gia Lai) is purchased by traders at 69,000 VND/kg. Pepper prices in Dak Lak and Dak Nong are purchased at 70,000 VND/kg.
Meanwhile, in the Southeast region, prices fluctuate from 71,000 - 72,000 VND/kg. Specifically, Binh Phuoc pepper is being purchased at 71,000 VND/kg. Meanwhile, Ba Ria Vung Tau pepper remains the same as yesterday at 72,000 VND/kg.
