(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of February 28, Nghe An Culture Magazine in collaboration with the Faculty of Literature, Vinh University; Nghe An Pedagogical College; Vinh University Publishing House organized an exchange night "Talking about Trinh Cong Son" to celebrate the 76th anniversary of the musician's birth.

Attending the exchange night were journalist, writer Nguyen Hoan, Chairman of Quang Tri Literature and Arts Association, Dr. Le Thanh Nga, Faculty of Education, Vinh University and many other speakers.

In particular, the exchange night had literary critic Dang Tien, a friend of musician Trinh Cong Son returning from France, attending, with his own sharing about Trinh.

In a small, cozy, and cheerful space, Trinh's lovers sat together to remember the talented musician, who was deeply saddened and loved to the end, to sing again the songs that transcend time and space, to once again silently absorb the lyrics and melodies that are both simple, everyday, and philosophically profound to the point of "impermanence"...

The songs “Diem Xua”, “Hay yeu nhau di”, “Doa hoa vo thuong”, “Ha trang”, “Noi vong tay lon”… resound clearly and passionately… Trinh’s music lives forever with time because it soothes the pain and suffering of people, is medicine for the human soul, and encourages people in life. It helps people deeply realize the brevity of life but also makes people look deeply into it to overcome the limitations of time, to breathe, to speak… to live meaningfully, completely and passionately in this world.
