Unburnt materials - Solution for development of construction materials industry

(Baonghean.vn)-On April 25, in Da Nang, the Ministry of Construction and the Vietnam Association of Building Materials held a workshop: "What solutions can the building materials industry overcome the crisis storm?". Attending the workshop were representatives of the Ministry of Construction, the Vietnam Association of Building Materials, leaders of the Da Nang City People's Committee and economic experts, along with 100 enterprises in the field of production and trading of domestic building materials.

Recently, due to the impact of the global and domestic economic recession, the Vietnamese construction materials industry has encountered many difficulties in production and business, many enterprises have had to cut production, some have even stopped production... In order to survive and develop in the current difficult period, enterprises have come up with many suitable production and business solutions, such as focusing on developing new markets through export, promoting the domestic consumption market with stimulus policies, incentives, and customer support... However, the reality of the construction materials market is that domestic enterprises have to compete fiercely with many types of smuggled products, counterfeit goods, and fake goods... so construction materials manufacturing enterprises face many difficulties.

At the workshop, there were many presentations by economic experts and businesses focusing on analyzing and evaluating the potential and strengths of the construction materials industry, while also raising the difficulty in accessing investment capital to innovate production technology, in order to create products with reasonable prices, ensuring high quality and the ability to compete with the market.

In particular, at the workshop, there were many presentations from domestic enterprises mentioning the production of environmentally friendly unburnt construction materials and in line with the development trend of the construction materials industry in the coming time. On behalf of the Nghe An Construction Materials Association, Mr. Ha Van Le - Chairman of the Nghe An Construction Materials Association presented a presentation on the technology of producing green cement mixed with inorganic polymers - silicates from basalt materials in Nghe An and was highly appreciated by delegates attending the workshop, because this is one of the cement production methods with new, advanced technology and using abundant fuel sources in the locality.



Enterprises signed a commitment to use unburnt materials in high-rise buildings.

Green cement products have been applied in many construction projects in Nghe An. On this occasion, a number of enterprises in Phu Tho, Hanoi, Hung Yen, Dong Nai... have researched and signed joint venture contracts to produce and consume green cement products.
