Russian guards discover weapons depot of Ukrainian armed forces
The Russian Guards discovered a cache of weapons and various types of ammunition in a settlement in the Lugansk People's Republic, including foreign-made weapons, the force's press service informed Sputnik.
“During the reconnaissance and search operations, the military counterintelligence service received information about an arms depot left by Ukrainian nationalist militants in an abandoned building. Upon arriving at the reported location and inspecting the entire area, the Russian Guards discovered various types of ammunition and small arms,” the press service said.
According to the agency, during the search of an abandoned building, Russian Guardsmen discovered and seized an AK-12 assault rifle, PM and IZH-78-7.6 pistols, a part of the structure of the American Switchblade 300 stand-by UAV, a Shmel thermobaric grenade launcher, an RPG-26 Aglen anti-tank grenade launcher, more than 7 thousand rounds of ammunition of various calibers for handguns, mortar mines, grenades of various models, including foreign-made 40 mm CRTG40mm HEDP, as well as M67 and GHO-1RDX guns.
