All reports, submissions and draft resolutions; the content of the explanations of the sectors assigned to "present" during the question and answer session; reports arising at the session were all uploaded via the session document management software and the Nghe An People's Representative website for delegates to use and follow. This activity saved about 100 million VND in printing documents for the session.

Another new feature of this session is that the People's Council organized the recording and transcribing of the contents of the discussion, questioning and answering sessions to be posted on the Nghe An People's Council website and the session document management mailbox so that People's Council delegates, voters and people have a basis to monitor and supervise the responses and promises of competent authorities, contributing to improving the quality of the session.
