The long slide of female students

September 29, 2013 21:14

(Baonghean) -After being taken by her boyfriend to try “stones” many times, the female student lived in a daze and became the “disciple” of her friend who worked as a drug dealer. The door of the lecture hall closed, the door of the prison opened, the future became uncertain… That was the price to pay for female students who loved to play and compete.

White skin, pretty face and glasses make Nguyen Thi Hong (22 years old) living in Yen Thanh town leave a good impression on many people. After finishing high school but failing the university entrance exam, Hong left her rice-growing countryside and rented a room in Vinh city to study pharmacy at a junior college with high expectations from her parents and relatives. Studying to find a job, to escape the situation of a buffalo going first and a plow going later, no matter how difficult it was, Hong's parents were determined to let their child study. In the first year of school, this country girl was still unfamiliar with many new things in the luxurious city, living in seclusion, trying to limit spending, not daring to buy clothes. But in the second year, when she got used to the new life, seeing the friends around her changing every day, every hour, many female students had new clothes, beautiful dresses, being pursued by friends for coffee, parties made Hong start to feel sad...

This was also the time when the young girl received much attention and care from young men in the city who had money and nice motorbikes. After many rejections, Hong finally nodded to a young man who was a few years older than her, had the gift of gab, was gallant and always understood her psychology. At first, it was the dates at coffee shops, the drinking sessions, then the "confiding" times at motels with her friend that made the young girl completely change. During those outings, her boyfriend gave her crystal meth with his friends. The hallucinations of this deadly substance made Hong dizzy, daydreaming, not focusing on studying like before but becoming a completely different person.

The rustic girl of the past has now become a stylish girl, often skipping school and partying. And Hong has become her lover's slave after her "stoned" sessions. Occasionally, Hong's lover would invite her to some places such as motels, hotels or deserted places in Vinh City to receive money from some strangers. Gradually, Hong realized that her boyfriend was selling drugs. She was scared and wanted to end it, but the magic of money and the partying and "stoned" sessions made her unable to resist.

In mid-September 2013, a week after graduating from high school, Hong was called by her boyfriend to a hotel room in Vinh Tan Ward, Vinh City to receive money from a drug buyer. Without hesitation, she went to the meeting place and saw a person waiting, handing her an envelope of money and asking "where is the goods". At this time, Hong received a phone call from her boyfriend informing her that the drugs were disguised in a Nokia phone charger that she was holding. Hong quickly opened the charger to deliver the drugs to the customer, while holding the contraband in her hand, she was caught red-handed by the police. Quickly checking the phone charger, the police discovered a small package of crystal meth weighing 3.9 grams cleverly disguised in a phone charger that had had its contents removed. The young girl who was arrested was unable to say a word.

When arrested, Hong bowed her head and cried: "I know I was wrong, it was only because I was not brave enough to face the temptations that I fell into the path of sin." Hearing that his girlfriend was arrested while delivering goods, Hong's boyfriend quickly ran away. Currently, Vinh City Police have initiated a case, prosecuted the accused, temporarily detained Nguyen Thi Hong and are searching for the mastermind of the case.

In recent times, in the province, many female students have been handcuffed because they succumbed to the irresistible temptation of money, becoming henchmen for drug trafficking rings. Most of these are young girls, exposed to a new environment for the first time and lured by bad guys, unable to resist the pressure of money and partying, and drug sessions.

In mid-June, Cua Nam Ward Police caught Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang (born in 1992), residing in Hamlet 7, Nghi Trung, Nghi Loc, and Phan Luong Bang (born in 1991), residing in Block 2, Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City, illegally buying and selling drugs in the yard of a hotel on Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Block 9, Le Loi Ward. When she was arrested, Trang was a tourism student at a college in Cua Lo Town. With a pretty face and tall figure, Trang was courted and fell in love with many young men, but she chose Phan Luong Bang, a young man who loved to play but had a lot of money.

After a long time of partying, Trang learned that her lover was a drug dealer, but the huge profits made her blindly follow in his footsteps. A few months ago, Vinh City Police also caught Nguyen Thi Hong Ngoc (born in 1993), a student at a university in Hanoi, in the act of transporting 2 heroin cakes weighing 710g on the way to sell with her biological mother Dang Thi Huong (born in 1973), residing in Vinh Lam block, Dong Vinh ward, Vinh city. Nearly a year earlier, Lu Thi Minh, a student at a university in Vinh city, was also sentenced to death for following her lover to sell drugs. Minh also dragged her younger brother into the ring and caused him to be sentenced to life in prison....

Then, girls who are still too young like Hong, Trang, Ngoc will have to stand in front of the bar to pay the price for their sinful days. Just because of the magic of money, because of material temptations and invisible traps, these female students have sold themselves. The door of the lecture hall closes, the door of the prison will open, the consequences that these female students have to bear are expensive lessons for students who do not have the courage, do not know the difference between right and wrong, love to play around and hang around.
