VFF announces disciplinary action after round 4 of V-League
VFF has just announced disciplinary action against violations in round 4 of V-League and round 3 of National First Division 2013.
Specifically, VFF imposed a fine of VND5,000,000 (five million dong) and suspended Pham Duc Hop - assistant coach of Vicem Hai Phong Cement Club - from performing duties in the technical area for the next two matches.
Due to overreaction, Mr. Pham Duc Hop was disqualified by referee Vo Minh Tri in the match of round 4 of V-League 2013 with Becamex Binh Duong on April 6 at Binh Duong Stadium.

The Vietnam Football Federation's Disciplinary Board also decided to fine Hanoi T&T Club VND2,000,000 (two million VND) because five players received yellow cards in the match against Song Lam Nghe An in the fourth round of the V-League.
A similar penalty was given to Can Tho Lottery Club because five players received yellow cards in the 3-2 win at Binh Dinh, within the framework of round 3 of the 2013 National First Division on April 5./.
