Specifically, the Military Zone 4 Club still owed 245.7 million VND from the period 2009 and before. Navibank Saigon affirmed that they had paid all this debt to the Military Zone 4 Command when transferring the club; however, the inspection committee sent official dispatches to the Military Zone 4 Command twice without any response.
Next is Nam Dinh Club. The team from the city owes the Federation a total of 654 million VND from 2008 to 2011. This club is currently playing in the National Second Division and has no sponsor. Therefore, the possibility of this team paying off the above debt is very low.
And finally, Ho Chi Minh City Club, with a debt of 287 million VND. Currently, Ho Chi Minh City Club has also been relegated to the Second Division, and therefore is no longer able to pay its debt.
At the 2012 Annual Congress of the Vietnam Football Federation - Term VI, the Inspection Committee proposed to cancel the debt for these football teams and is waiting for the Executive Committee and the Congress to approve.
