VFF does not intervene, U23 Vietnam divides 29 billion bonus before Tet
VFF leaders affirmed that the distribution of bonuses is an internal matter of the Vietnam U23 team. The coaching staff and players will decide on the distribution of bonuses.
As of 4:45 p.m. yesterday (January 30), the total bonus of U23 Vietnam had reached 28.9 billion VND in cash. That does not include the bonuses in kind and services from businesses, organizations and individuals.
VFF Deputy General Secretary Nguyen Minh Chau affirmed: “We have now collected a fair amount of bonus money for U23 Vietnam. VFF is only responsible for collecting the bonus money. After that, we will transfer the entire amount to the coaching staff. Coach Park Hang-seo, the head of the delegation and the team captain will meet to decide specifically about the bonus money.”

Mr. Chau said that there are only a few businesses that have not yet transferred the bonus money to U23 Vietnam. These units are all trying to promote, they committed to VFF to complete the transfer of money to the team in the next few days.
As usual, U23 Vietnam will divide the bonus money among the players and coaching staff into four levels corresponding to their contributions. Level A is for head coach Park Hang-seo and the main players. Level B is for the main assistants and the important reserve players. Levels C and D are for the remaining members (reserve players who do not play, doctors, media staff, etc.)
VFF pledges to do its best to complete the transfer of money to U23 Vietnam before Lunar New Year.
