Violating alcohol and drug concentrations, 2 drivers in Nghe An were fined 70 million VND
The People's Committee of Nghe An province has just issued a decision to administratively sanction two cases of violating the Road Traffic Law, including one case of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and one case of using drugs.
According to the decision signed by the Standing Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An on May 21, Mr. H.D.D (born 2000, residing in Quynh Phuong ward, Hoang Mai town) was discovered driving a car with license plate 37C-367.xx on the road with a breath alcohol concentration exceeding 0.4 milligrams/liter of breath (test result 0.519 milligrams/liter of breath).

Meanwhile, Mr. NVH (born in 1988, residing in Nghia Son commune, Nghia Dan district) was driving a tractor with license plate 37C-159.xx pulling a trailer with license plate 37R-009.xx on the road while having drugs in his body (test result was positive for drugs).
For the above violations, each person was fined 35 million VND and had his driving license revoked for 23 months. In addition, Mr. H.D.D was also fined 350,000 VND for driving without a driving license.
