Treatment of diarrhea caused by cold:10g blackberry buds, 10g fresh ginger (roasted until the outer skin is burnt), 12g galangal, 12g lemongrass. Roast all until cooked, boil with 500ml of water until 200ml remains, divide into 2 doses to drink before meals.

Uses: expels wind, eliminates dampness, activates the blood, good for people with rheumatism, aching joints, back pain.
Treatment of minor burns:Use a handful of sim leaves, wash them, crush them, squeeze out the concentrated juice and apply it to the slightly burned skin area. You can apply the whole pulp, dry one piece and then apply another piece. This helps reduce pain and burning, dries the burn quickly and heals it quickly.
In addition, people often use boiled sim leaves to wash wounds and skin ulcers to help them heal quickly.
