Many people wonder: "Why do we have to pay to park on the sidewalk?" and receive the answer: That is the supermarket's regulation, otherwise customers can park elsewhere.

This issue has been reported by many people in the past, especially after Vinh City launched the implementation of Directive 05 of Vinh City Party Committee on urban order management, but the Quang Trung ward government and the city have not really taken action. Therefore, while other places are rushing to clear the sidewalk corridor, at BigC Supermarket, the encroachment on the corridor still occurs frequently, causing many questions from the public.
