Things to do!
(Baonghean) - In the past, brothers and friends living together in the fish station workers' housing area were extremely close to each other. There were many reasons for that closeness, one of which was that we were all taken care of together at the housing area's nursery school. It was called a nursery school, but there, we were taken care of and taught by the teachers from when we were "infants" until we were ready to enter primary school, so it could be considered both a nursery school and a kindergarten.
At that time, my mother worked as a worker at the fish hatchery and was extremely hard-working, but she was very dedicated and wholehearted to her work, and so was everyone at the fish hatchery. Sending their children to the nursery of the fish hatchery, everyone could leave early, come back at noon or at night, anytime, because if someone hadn't picked up their children yet, the aunts and nannies who were taking care of the children wouldn't be home yet. They had the responsibility to take care of the children of their colleagues at the fish hatchery, and they understood that it was also a shared responsibility...
When we grew up, the “subsidy period” also faded into the past. When the form of “collective business” was no longer suitable, the kindergartens of collective agencies also disappeared. Although regretful, every time we think about the collective kindergartens of the past, every member of our family cannot help but miss them because they were one of the places that contributed to “sharing” difficulties during difficult and deprived periods.
Recently, when the province has many innovations in policies and administrative reform environment, investment activities have been promoted, many industrial establishments and factories employing hundreds, thousands of workers have come into operation. Most of them are female workers and many have small children. The need to form childcare facilities and kindergartens in places with industrial establishments and factories has become very urgent. I am very happy that this need has been paid attention to by the Provincial People's Committee and assigned to the Education sector to consider and resolve. At this time, although no one in my family works in industrial parks anymore, when we heard this news, everyone felt very happy. It is not only a solution to the problem of life, but also a policy action for the working class and laborers. How happy!
