(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of June 10, a working delegation of the Supreme People's Procuracy led by Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chief Prosecutor visited and worked at the Military Procuracy of Military Region 4.

At the working session, after listening to the Military Procuracy of Military Region 4 report on the results of the work in the first 6 months of 2015, comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh - Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Military Procuracy of Military Region 4 in the past time.

Notably, in the first 6 months of 2015, the military region's procuracy has closely followed the plan and implemented it evenly in all aspects of work; coordinated well with the investigation agencies in classifying, handling and resolving reports of crimes. The work of exercising the right to prosecute and supervise judicial activities has been carried out with quality and in accordance with regulations, ensuring that the investigation, prosecution, trial, temporary detention, temporary imprisonment and execution of sentences are carried out on the right people, the right crimes and in accordance with the law. The work of handling complaints and denunciations, legal education and propaganda, scientific research, criminal statistics and crimes has made great efforts, completing the set targets and plans.

The Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy requested the Military Region 4 Procuracy to actively and proactively supervise the handling of denunciations and reports of crimes; prepare well the outline of the prosecutor's questioning, improve the quality of prosecutor's proceedings at court sessions, try criminal cases in accordance with prescribed procedures, in accordance with the law, try the right person, the right crime, ensure the rights and legitimate interests of State agencies, organizations and individuals, and ensure fairness in accordance with the law.
