Vietnam receives big incentives when buying Su-30SME with Yak-130?

According to personal assessment, the number of Yak-130s sufficient to equip a regiment must be at least about 8.

In addition, in December 2016, after Vietnam's Minister of Defense - General Ngo Xuan Lich visited India, the agreement on the Indian side training Su-30 pilots for Vietnam was officially signed.
