This is a gift giving program for “People with meritorious services to the revolution” on the occasion of the 69th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People’s Army (December 22, 1944 – December 22, 2013) launched by Viettel. During this period, Viettel Nghe An Branch will give savings books in 5 districts: Que Phong, Do Luong, Tan Ky, Nghia Dan and Quynh Luu, each district has 6 veterans in difficult circumstances to receive, each book is worth 2 million VND.
