| Vinamilk ranked first in two categories of the most attractive employer brands: the Salary, Bonuses, and Benefits category and the Work-Life Quality category. |
The survey was conducted online from October 2014 to January 2015 with the participation of 15,578 respondents from 24 industries nationwide. The survey was based on 46 factors across six main criteria groups: Salary, bonuses, and benefits; development opportunities; leadership; culture and values; work-life balance; and company reputation. A new feature of this year's survey is that businesses can measure the health of their employer brand internally and externally based on employee opinions and the opinions of talent and candidates. Regarding career motivation trends, the survey also identified talent segments in the Vietnamese labor market, including: challenge seekers, success seekers, passion pursuers, stability seekers, and team-oriented seekers.

The survey results show that, regardless of talent group, employees generally aim for three main career goals: work-life balance; sufficient income for a comfortable life; and stable, secure employment. Among these, salary, bonuses, and benefits remain the most important factors. Therefore, to attract and retain talent, businesses need to offer comprehensive and specific benefits programs to meet the diverse expectations of employees.
