Honoring outstanding young faces of 2011

(Baonghean.vn) - Tonight (March 22), in the atmosphere of the youth of the whole country competing to achieve achievements to celebrate the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, welcoming the Youth Union Congresses at all levels, towards the 16th Provincial Youth Union Congress and the 10th National Youth Union Congress, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union solemnly organized the award ceremony of "Outstanding Nghe An Young Faces" in 2011. Attending and sharing the joy with the young people were comrade Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee: To Hong Hai - Head of the Propaganda Department, Nguyen Xuan Son - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department.

In recent years, with practical action programs such as the movements "5 shock waves for socio-economic development and national defense", "4 companions with young people to establish a career" have encouraged youth union members in the whole province to enthusiastically study, practice, work creatively, compete in volunteering to join hands with the community, actively participate in socio-economic development and national defense, there have been hundreds of outstanding youth projects, many advanced young faces have appeared in various fields.

The young faces of Nghe An were named one after another and shone on the podium with trophies, flags, flowers and certificates of merit from the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Youth Union. They are all typical young faces of Nghe An youth in the struggle to protect national security, study, scientific research, production and sports in 2011, shining examples of moral qualities, sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, perseverance, overcoming difficulties, solidarity and creativity, representing the pioneering spirit of the generation in the new era.

Honoring Nghe An Young Faces 2011

They are comrade Nguyen Viet Hung, who has surpassed himself, tirelessly researching science day and night; Le Viet Hung, regardless of danger, fought to protect the national security for the peaceful life of the people; Hoang Minh Khanh overcame difficulties to become a good business owner; Nguyen Trung Hung, Nguyen Huy Hoang, Truong Dinh Thong, Bui Quy Bao were determined in studying and training, winning major prizes in domestic and international competitions, bringing glory to the homeland; Doan Xuan Luyen has contributed to bringing Nghe An sports to glory for the country, the region and the world. It can be said that these are the most beautiful flowers in the spring flower garden of Nghe An youth to offer to the Party and beloved Uncle Ho.

In the exciting atmosphere of the award ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung shared: I want to say that young people should not be self-conscious about their fate, but should constantly strive forward. Based on today's successes, I hope that you will continue to strive, know how to dream and nurture those dreams, and be determined to realize those dreams to the end, as Uncle Ho taught the youth: Nothing is difficult/ Only fear that the heart is not steadfast/ Digging mountains and filling seas/ With determination, you will succeed.

Mr. Hoang Minh Khanh is both a business owner and an enthusiastic and energetic Youth Union officer. He confided: As a lucky person to be able to start a business in my hometown, I always determine that: in addition to developing production, I need to actively participate in Youth Union activities with the desire to, through the Youth Union organization, encourage and create conditions for young people to build a beautiful lifestyle and stay away from social evils.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Tran Hong Chau awarded cups and certificates of merit to the honored young faces.

The ceremony ended with applause and the song "As if Uncle Ho were here on the great victory day" by the delegates present in the hall.
