"Glory of Vietnam" honors 21 groups and individuals
The 9th "Glory of Vietnam" program in 2011, honoring 21 collectives and individuals who are Labor Heroes, Armed Forces Heroes, and typical examples in the patriotic emulation movement in many areas of life, was held on the morning of December 18 at the Hanoi Opera House.
The 7 outstanding collectives and 14 individuals honored at the 9th "Glory of Vietnam" Program are typical examples in many fields. The honoring of the shining examples of "Glory of Vietnam" contributes to the development and spread of the patriotic emulation movement in all areas of life, calling on and motivating cadres, soldiers and all people to participate in striving and competing to contribute to the cause of national construction and development. Individuals and collective representatives honored in the Program were presented with flowers by President Truong Tan Sang and presented with commemorative medals by the Organizing Committee.
