Establishment of Council for appraisal of Pre-feasibility Study Report of Vinh - Thanh Thuy Expressway Project

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed Decision No. 2073/QD-TTg dated September 17, 2025 to establish the State Appraisal Council to appraise the Pre-Feasibility Study Report of the Vinh - Thanh Thuy Expressway Construction Investment Project (Council).

Vinh - Thanh Thuy Expressway is 60 km long, expected to be under construction from 2026 and put into operation in 2029.

The Vinh - Thanh Thuy expressway project has its starting point connecting with the Dien Chau - Bai Vot expressway at the Hung Tay intersection in Hung Nguyen commune, and its end point connecting to the Thanh Thuy Border Gate Economic Zone, 60 km long.
