VP Bank Nghe An: Giving gifts to poor students overcoming difficulties in Hung Nguyen and Nghi Loc

The gifts are 30 scholarships, each one is a bicycle worth more than 50 million VND for 20 poor students who have overcome difficulties and have high academic achievements in Hung Nguyen district and 10 students from Nghi Loc district.
