Nhat Cuong case: 3 more people arrested, 1 suspect wanted
The Investigation Police Agency has arrested 3 more men who are Heads of the used phone industry of Nhat Cuong Company and is looking for 1 suspect.
The case is under the supervision and direction of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption.

The three defendants prosecuted include: Mai Tien Dung (red shirt), Nguyen Bao Trung (black shirt) and Pham Van Hiep (striped shirt). |
Based on the investigation results and collected evidence, on January 21, C03 issued decisions to prosecute, search warrants and temporary detention orders for 3 suspects, including: Pham Van Hiep, Nguyen Bao Trung, Mai Tien Dung, Head of the used phone industry of Nhat Cuong Company.
Decision to prosecute and issue a wanted notice for Do Van Hung for the crime of Smuggling under Article 188 of the 2015 Penal Code, amended and supplemented in 2017.
After the Supreme People's Procuracy approved the decisions and orders against the above defendants, on the same day, C03 executed them in accordance with the provisions of law.
C03 is continuing to thoroughly investigate the case and apply legal measures to recover assets for the State.
