Just arrived in Hai Phong, Coach Ngo Quang Truong unexpectedly returned to SLNA
(Baonghean.vn) - Although he has packed his bags and gone to Hai Phong Club to work on a secondment, SLNA has decided to call back coach Ngo Quang Truong to lead the Nghe An team from V.League 2020.
After the 2019 V.League season ended, SLNA said goodbye to a series of key players such as Nguyen Manh, Khac Ngoc, Dinh Hoang and coach Nguyen Duc Thang also left open the possibility of continuing to lead SLNA.
Faced with that situation, SLNA's Board of Directors decided to call Coach Ngo Quang Truong back from Hai Phong to lead the Nghe An team from the 2020 V.League season. In the 2015 and 2016 seasons, Coach Ngo Quang Truong also held this position.

In 2018, Coach Ngo Quang Truong worked at Hai Phong Club as Technical Director. Recently, Coach Pham Anh Tuan and Coach Dinh Van Dung also joined the port city team on secondment.
According to the investigation of Nghe An Newspaper, SLNA has found another sponsor besides Bac A Bank. It is expected that on December 19, the team will introduce the sponsor.
After Christmas, the Nghe An team will welcome foreign players to try out and participate in official training tournaments to prepare for V.League 2020. Recently, SLNA welcomed players back to their homeland such as midfielder Vuong Quoc Trung and goalkeeper Nguyen Van Hoang.
Song Lam Nghe An has found a replacement for Nguyen Manh.
