Nghe An land is gradually converging all three of those factors. First of all, talking about geographical advantages, Nghe An has a large land area. It has plains, mountains, midlands and coastal areas; it has airports, seaports, national border gates and many resources and minerals, just like a miniature country. That geographical location is extremely favorable for building a diverse economy, suitable for many fields. In recent times, the province has planned to focus on investing in the development of the Southeast Economic Zone (EZ) and this Economic Zone has been expanded to include Nam Cam Industrial Park, Hoang Mai Industrial Park, Dong Hoi Industrial Park... attracting many large enterprises to produce and do business with modern production technology. In the period of 2011 - 2015, the whole province has mobilized and implemented 533 projects with a total registered investment capital of 136,989.5 billion VND (including 507 domestic investment projects, total registered capital of 131,870.8 billion VND, 26 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects, total registered capital of 256 billion VND). Isn't that a geographical advantage? Without the advantage, who would dare to invest money in it?

As for the weather, it is clear. In recent decades, storms, floods, and natural disasters in Nghe An have been much less than before. And two years ago, the Politburo issued a Resolution 26-NQ/TU specifically for Nghe An. It clearly stated that from now until 2020, on the basis of creatively applying the Resolution of the 11th National Party Congress, the Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2011-2020, the Central Committee's resolutions in conjunction with effectively implementing the Resolution of the 17th National Party Congress of the Provincial Party Committee, Nghe An needs to continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization, strengthen solidarity, unity, promote internal strength, take advantage of and attract all resources both inside and outside the province and abroad, strive to build Nghe An into a fairly developed province in the Northern region by 2015, creating the foundation to basically become an industrial province by 2020. In fact, in recent times, with the support of central departments, ministries and branches in the spirit of Resolution 26 of the Politburo and the efforts of the Party committees, authorities and people in the province, Nghe An has begun to make strong changes towards the set goal of becoming a major center of the North Central region. The "right time" has appeared very clearly.

"Human harmony" is inherent because although Nghe An is poor, Nghe An people have "heroes in every generation". Nghe An people are famous for being intelligent and hard-working. The remaining problem is that there must be people who know how to stimulate and promote those advantages to become concrete results in the process of building and developing the province's socio-economy. Those who have the ability and authority to activate and sublimate those advantages are the team of leaders and managers at all levels of Nghe An province. The recent Party Congresses at all levels have selected a team of "judges" who are talented, virtuous and strong enough to take advantage of "heavenly time and favorable terrain" and create human harmony. This is also an opportunity to choose and determine the paths and steps to take advantage of existing and upcoming opportunities to bring Nghe An to become a province with a fairly synchronous infrastructure system, gradually modernized; the material and spiritual life of the people is improved; has an advanced culture, imbued with Nghe An identity as many people wish and expect.
