Ha Son Commune (Quy Hop) celebrates 50 years of establishment
(Baonghean.vn) - On April 16, Ha Son commune, Quy Hop district solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the commune's founding (April 17, 1965 - April 17, 2015).
On April 17, 1965, Ha Son commune was established under Decision No. 143/QD-NV of the Ministry of Home Affairs. At that time, Ha Son commune had 147 households and 856 people with 10 hamlets and 38 Party members. Up to now, the commune has 1,000 households, 4,100 people with 9 hamlet Party cells and 220 Party members.

Entering the renovation period, the Party Committee, government and people of Ha Son commune have continuously promoted the precious traditions of previous generations to strive to build an increasingly strong homeland. The total production of the commune reached 37 billion 421 million VND. The annual economic growth rate reached 11%. The average income reached 9.24 million VND/person/year. The poverty rate decreased to 33%. The rate of cultural families accounted for 75%, 11/13 villages and units achieved the cultural title. The Party Committee has achieved exemplary clean and strong status for 5 consecutive years, and political organizations have always excellently fulfilled their tasks.

At the ceremony, leaders of Quy Hop district presented Ha Son commune with a banner bearing the words "Cadres and people of Ha Son commune - 50 years of striving, building and developing." On this occasion, 1 collective and 3 individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial People's Committee for their achievements in contributing to the process of building and developing the locality; 2 individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the People's Committee of Quy Hop district.
