Hung Dong Commune and Brigade 283 signed a competition to build new rural areas.

(Baonghean.vn) –On the afternoon of August 30, Hung Dong Commune (Vinh City) and Brigade 283 (Military Region 4) held a signing ceremony for the emulation movement to implement the new rural construction program.

There are 6 signed contents with implementation period from 2012 to 2015:

- Organize propaganda, education and directly participate in implementing the policy of building new rural areas in Hung Dong commune.

- Coordinate participation in building local socio-economic infrastructure.

- Participate in structural transformation, technology transfer, improve production efficiency and people's income, contributing to poverty reduction in the locality.

- Effectively implement education, healthcare, health care for the people, environmental protection, social policies, and mobilize people to practice a new cultural lifestyle.

-Building strong Party, Government, Front and mass organizations, consolidating strong local political bases.

- Participate in the fight against social evils, maintain security and order, and build a safe and strong locality.

Previously, more than 60 officers and soldiers of the Brigade, together with local people, organized a campaign to irrigate fields and clean up the village.
