After following the information on Nghe An electronic newspaper published in the afternoon of the same day, this morning (July 23), the Party Committee and People's Committee of Kim Lien commune held a meeting with all cadres and civil servants to rectify outstanding issues in accordance with Directive 17 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

In particular, they focused on emphasizing the issues raised by the newspaper. Specifically, such as rectifying the working style and manner of cadres and civil servants; reviewing specifically and in detail the working regulations of the Party Committee and People's Committee of the commune. In addition, the Party Secretary also reminded and warned the commune cadres and civil servants to strictly implement the contents set out in Directive 17. At the same time, missing documents and contents at the one-stop department were immediately corrected, legal documents and instructions on handling administrative procedures were posted publicly and clearly for people to easily understand.

In addition, the commune leaders also assigned the functional department to make a new sign, placed in front of the headquarters, clearly stating the working hours of civil servants, the regulations of the Commune People's Committee on working methods, and transactions with the people. Regarding the 4 officials and civil servants who were absent on the morning of July 22, the commune leaders also requested an immediate review.
