At 03:10 on October 10, at coordinate area 18050'00 North latitude, 1060At 12:00 East longitude, the ship with registration number ND - 92829 - TS of Mr. Nguyen Van Trung (hometown of Hai Trieu commune, Hai Hau district, Nam Dinh province) was fishing when a barge hit the ship, causing it to sink. The 6 crew members on board were fortunately rescued by fishing boats and brought safely to shore.
The barge that caused the accident took advantage of the darkness to flee, and the ship owner did not detect it. Currently, the coastal units of the Nghe An Border Guard are checking and controlling the number of ships and barges entering the port to detect the vehicle that caused the accident and handle it.
