On the morning of August 13, Minh Chau Commune Party Committee held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025 - 2030 term with the participation of 226 delegates, representing 2,007 party members in the entire Party Committee.
Head of the Organizing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Le Duc Cuong approved the Party Congresses of Minh Chau, Hung Chau and Con Cuong communes.
