Implementing the new rural construction movement, Nghia Loc people have donated 24.26 hectares of land, contributed over 1,790 million VND, 9,360 working days to upgrade 52.1 km of rural roads. Over the past year, Nghia Loc commune has also paid special attention to directing administrative reform work, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the State management of the People's Committee; organizing the implementation of the State administrative reform project for the period 2011-2015 of the commune on schedule; "one-stop" activities at the People's Committee of the commune have been increasingly improved, ensuring publicity and transparency of records, fees and charges; the process of handling records is fast, does not cause trouble, and is satisfactory to people, organizations and businesses. The total number of records handled under the one-stop mechanism is 28,445 records, accounting for 90% of the total number of administrative procedures under the authority of the commune level.
