Quynh Long Commune (Quynh Luu): Deploying boundary markers for new rural construction planning

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 23, the People's Committee of Quynh Long commune (Quynh Luu) established 2 delegations to organize the installation of boundary markers for the technical infrastructure system planning according to the approved new rural construction project.

The implementation of planning boundary marking is an important content, helping people raise awareness of the importance of constructing works according to the planning, as well as complying with the planning management regulations of the commune from now until 2020 and the following years. Thereby, helping Quynh Long commune to soon complete the new rural commune in 2018. Previously, to implement the planning boundary marking, the People's Committee of the commune held an expanded meeting to announce the master plan for new rural construction according to the approved plan.

The communal cultural house is being built according to the new rural criteria.

After more than 3 years of implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Development, Quynh Long commune has focused on directing strongly, issuing many specialized resolutions, creating high consensus among the people, the spiritual and material life of the people has been constantly improved. The average income per capita in 2014 is estimated at 31 million VND/year; the poverty rate decreased from 8.5% (in 2010) to 6.5%; the rate of well-off and rich households is increasing day by day.
