Thanh Ha Commune (Thanh Chuong): Inauguration of the Medical Station

(Baonghean.vn) - Thanh Ha Commune (Thanh Chuong District) has just held the inauguration ceremony of the Medical Station project sponsored by IHF - Korea. Attending were representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations, Lieutenant General Dang Xuan Loan - Director General of General Department 5 - Ministry of Public Security, and a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

Thanh Ha is a mountainous commune, people's lives still face many difficulties, there are many poor households, often threatened by natural disasters, droughts, floods, and medical care conditions for people are still limited. Thanks to the mobilization of organizations and individuals, this time the locality has invested in a new medical station. The entire project has a total cost of over 5 billion VND, of which the IHF organization sponsored 80,000 USD. This is a very practical and meaningful project that contributes to health care for people, reducing the overload situation at upper-level hospitals. In particular, when the project is put into use, it will help Thanh Ha commune complete sustainable health indicators in implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction.

Speaking at the ceremony, representatives of the district and commune leaders thanked the attention of superiors, organizations and individuals who helped the commune build a new medical station, contributing to people's health care.
