Building policies to encourage socialization in the field of culture and society

(Baonghean.vn) - In preparation for the upcoming People's Council meeting, on the afternoon of November 7, under the chairmanship of Comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee had a working session with departments and branches to listen to and give opinions on the Draft Resolution submitted to the Provincial People's Council on a number of policies and mechanisms to encourage socialization of activities in the fields of education, vocational training, health, culture, sports, environment and judicial appraisal in the province. Attending the meeting were representatives of leaders of departments, branches and branches.

At the 17th session of the 15th Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Council passed Resolution No. 297/2009/NQ-HDND dated December 23, 2009 on a number of mechanisms and policies to encourage socialized development in Nghe An province. The new draft basically retains the same contents, adding a number of contents: Exemption of land rent for socialized investment projects using land in urban areas in the fields of culture, sports, vocational training, private preschool education, specialized health and environment. For socialized facilities using land outside urban areas, exemption of land rent is implemented; This draft resolution also abolishes the compensation, support and resettlement policy because it has been stipulated in Decree No. 59/2014/ND-CP. Facilities in the field of socialized vocational training are supported by the province for training costs according to the province's current training support policy.

After listening to comments from leaders of departments and branches, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Thi Le Thanh emphasized that the implementation of socialization in the fields of education, vocational training, health, culture, sports and environment is extremely important, however, the socialization work in the past time has not yet achieved the expected results. Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Thi Le Thanh requested the Department of Finance to complete the draft Resolution based on the Government's decree and comments from departments and branches.
