Building a map database to serve the planning and management of defense land use in Nghe An province in 2013
(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, October 9, at the Provincial Military Command, the Surveying and Mapping Company - General Staff held a Conference to deploy the Project "Building a map database to serve the planning and management of national defense land use" in 2013 in Nghe An province.
Attending and directing the conference were Major General Nguyen Van Hoc - Deputy Commander of the Military Region; representatives of the Department of Maps, Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Nghe An province, and the head of the Military Command of Nghe An province.
Through the conference, the aim is to complete the issuance of new Land Use Right Certificates and the issuance of replacement of existing Land Use Right Certificates to ensure that the right to use is in accordance with the actual use, all defense land points have clearly defined and stable boundaries and landmarks in the field, fully grasp and closely follow the actual use status of defense land points to assess and manage the land use situation and research on reasonable use planning, effectively promote the precious resources that the State has assigned to the military for use, organize the system of information and data on defense land nationwide in a unified, scientific and modern manner to serve the management, monitoring and research work closely, quickly, accurately and conveniently. The conference also discussed a number of issues related to land and provided answers to issues that need to be clarified.
Concluding the Conference, Major General Nguyen Van Hoc requested local units to fully grasp the meaningful purposes, mission requirements, and urgently and seriously implement the construction plan for the National Defense land project approved by the Ministry. The Provincial Military Command shall act as the center to coordinate with the General Staff's Map Department and units stationed in the province to implement the plan, preside over and coordinate with the Map Department and units stationed in the province to work with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on registration for new issuance and renewal of land use right certificates; coordinate with the Surveying and Mapping Company to carry out the work of determining boundaries, planting landmarks, and completing the dossier for the issuance and renewal of land use right certificates.
