Building a team of Nghe An entrepreneurs to meet the requirements of innovation and integration

(Baonghean.vn) -On the afternoon of May 18, the People's Committee of Nghe An province met with the sectors to listen to and give opinions on the project to train the business community of Nghe An province in the period of 2012 - 2015, with a view to 2020. Comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

In recent times, businesses in Nghe An have developed quite rapidly. By the end of April 2012, more than 10,300 businesses had been established, operating in all fields and contributing much to the socio-economic development of the province. However, businesses in Nghe An are small in scale, have outdated technology, poor management skills; the connection between businesses and entrepreneurs is still loose, so the competitiveness between businesses is not high.

To develop businesses commensurate with the potential requirements of the economy, the Provincial People's Committee has built a Project to train entrepreneurs in Nghe An province for the period 2012 - 2015, with a view to 2020.

After listening to the opinions of relevant sectors on business development, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Dai concluded: In order for the project to be implemented, all levels and sectors need to focus on training a team of entrepreneurs with qualifications and the ability to manage and operate businesses, and organize production and business effectively. He also clearly stated that the province's business development plan is appropriate, meeting the requirements of each stage of socio-economic development in the area and the integration trend, in which it is necessary to build a team of entrepreneurs with brands, reaching regional and international levels.
