(Baonghean) - On the morning of July 2, under the chairmanship of comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the People's Committee held an online conference with districts, cities and towns to implement Directive No. 11/CT-TTg dated May 29, 2015 of the Prime Minister and Directive No. 13/CT-UBND dated June 18, 2015 of the Provincial People's Committee on building a socio-economic development plan and state budget estimate for 2016..

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Do - Director of the Department of Planning and Investment thoroughly grasped the basic contents of Directive No. 11/CT-TTg dated May 29, 2015 of the Prime Minister and Directive No. 13/CT-UBND dated June 18, 2015 of the Provincial People's Committee on developing socio-economic development plans and state budget estimates for 2016. Next, the leaders of the Department of Planning and Investment also presented the guiding framework for developing the socio-economic development plan for 2016.

Accordingly, in 2016, districts and sectors will continue to review the province's mechanisms and policies to amend and supplement with the aim of removing unreasonable investment barriers, creating favorable conditions in terms of infrastructure, premises, human resources, administrative procedures... to remove difficulties for producers and businesses, encourage investment from domestic and foreign economic sectors; Speed up the implementation of key projects and programs of Resolution No. 26 - NQ/TW of the Politburo, the 5-year plan targets 2016 - 2020 and the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress. Next, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Hai - Director of the Department of Finance guided the state budget estimate for 2016.

Concluding the conference, comrade Le Xuan Dai requested that the Departments, branches and localities need to thoroughly grasp Directive No. 11/CT-TTg dated May 29, 2015 of the Prime Minister and Directive No. 13/CT-UBND dated June 18, 2015 of the Provincial People's Committee on building the socio-economic development plan and state budget estimate for 2016. At the same time, the Department of Finance and Planning - Investment needs to coordinate with relevant Departments and branches to organize guidance and closely evaluate the economic development in 2015 to build a suitable socio-economic development plan and state budget estimate for 2016 to submit to the relevant Ministries and branches for working.
