The contents of the campaign have been comprehensively deployed, in depth and applied to real life, becoming an important driving force to encourage officers and soldiers to feel secure in their attachment to the unit and complete assigned political tasks.
In order to improve the healthy and rich cultural and spiritual life of officers and soldiers, in recent years, Party committees and commanders at all levels have regularly paid attention to and cared for cultural institutions. Up to now, the Provincial Military Command has maintained libraries and cultural houses. Units, districts, towns and schools have had bookcases, and some places have arranged reading rooms and traditional rooms. In recent years, the Provincial Military Command library has circulated over 50,000 books and newspapers to serve tens of thousands of readers. The internal broadcasting system and cultural and artistic equipment have been ensured, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, promptly providing information and orienting the thoughts of officers and soldiers in agencies and units.

To promote the construction of barracks with cultural landscapes and environments, units have proactively exploited investment funds to upgrade, build new ones, and renovate barracks. Up to now, 100% of the units' headquarters have ensured a sufficient system of offices, houses, garages, warehouses, and training and sports grounds, meeting the living needs, cultural, sports and physical training activities of officers and soldiers. The system of flower beds and ornamental plants is regularly renovated and renewed, creating a green, clean, and beautiful landscape environment. On average, each unit has 10-20 slogans and activity bulletin boards, hundreds of billboards, flower beds and ornamental plants are regularly renovated and renewed, along with a system of regular gardens - ponds - barns, basically ensuring to meet the needs of 100% of green vegetables, 80 to 90% of food in the daily meals of officers and soldiers.
In order to push back the influence of social evils, officers and commanders at all levels pay attention to checking and reminding officers and soldiers of their units to comply with the regulations of the Ministry of National Defense; strictly comply with the regulations of not drinking alcohol during working hours, not smoking during meetings... 100% of military families do not have children involved in social evils, actively participate in the fight against harmful cultural products in the residential areas where their families live, 100% of military families are recognized as meeting the standards of "Cultural Families".
With the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" and the tradition of "The army and the people have one will", mass mobilization activities have gradually gone into depth through coordination, signing agreements to carry out national defense tasks, organizing field trips of concentrated army units, and grassroots working teams. In the past time, the Provincial Military Command has organized 8 teams with more than 100 officers and professional soldiers to conduct field trips in remote, border, and disadvantaged communes to propagate the fight against social evils, mobilize people to eliminate bad customs and superstitions, and build a new cultural life in villages, hamlets, and residential areas, which has been highly appreciated by local Party committees and authorities.
