(Baonghean.vn)- On July 15, Vinh City Police held a groundbreaking ceremony to build a house of gratitude for the family of Ms. Tran Thi Thu Nguyet, wife of comrade Trinh Xuan The - former police officer of Le Loi ward, who passed away in 2011.

After comrade Trinh Xuan The passed away, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Nguyet became the pillar of the family, raising 2 children alone. The first child just passed the entrance exam to grade 10 at Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, the second child is in grade 9. She herself does not have a stable job, the family's economic conditions are very difficult. Currently, the mother and children do not have a house and have to live with her parents-in-law and her brother-in-law's family in Hung Phuc Ward (Vinh City).
