In Trung Hoa 1 block, where Dinh Cong Trang street runs through, in the past, the situation of encroachment on the sidewalk and road by more than 45 households participating in production and business activities in the block was quite serious. Shops, tables and chairs were displayed on the sidewalk, motorbikes and cars were parked haphazardly, plus the high density of parents picking up and dropping off their children caused traffic jams during rush hour. However, in the past year, the situation has improved, households doing business in Trung Hoa 1 block have become more aware of selling and maintaining public hygiene, the roads in this area have been cleared and the sidewalks have become airy again.

Talking to Mr. Nguyen Huu Thau, head of Trung Hoa 1 Block, we learned that: Immediately after the policy and plan to build Dinh Cong Trang Street into a green - clean - beautiful street, the block held public meetings and actively promoted these contents on the loudspeaker system. Initial results showed that the policy received high support from the majority of people.

However, there are still a few households that have not complied well. The bloc has established groups, persistently visiting each family to analyze and mobilize; at the same time, organizing monthly green Saturdays and Sundays, for the youth union, women's union, and veterans to clean up and beautify the urban area... Since then, families that have not complied well have now voluntarily implemented the bloc's program to build green - clean - beautiful roads. Awareness of traffic safety and environmental sanitation has become a common awareness of everyone.

Not only in Trung Hoa 1 block but also on Dinh Cong Trang street, the encroachment of sidewalk corridors has been really rectified. Mr. Bui Van Dung - Vice Chairman of Le Mao Ward People's Committee said: Implementing Directive 05 of Vinh City Party Committee, in addition to Dinh Cong Trang street, the ward also focuses on building Minh Khai, Ngu Hai, Tran Phu streets as green - clean - beautiful streets. In order for the blocks to orient the criteria, the ward assigned the cultural department to propagate on loudspeakers; organize meetings, disseminate this content to each residential group so that people know, understand and implement; actively direct all organizations, block executive committees, and the entire political system of the ward to participate in mobilizing the people.

In addition, Le Mao ward has organized forces such as the ward's order and rules team, the civil protection committee, the ward police, the youth union, the veterans' association, and the women's association to mobilize to clear traffic safety, remove illegal awnings, banners, and billboards. During the recent campaign to restore urban order, on all four streets of Dinh Cong Trang, Minh Khai, Ngu Hai, and Tran Phu, 150 illegal awnings and billboards were voluntarily removed by the people, and the ward's forces only played a supporting role.
