Building Vietinbank Vinh into one of the leading commercial banks in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 30, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade - Vinh City Branch (Vietinbank Vinh) held the 6th Congress, term 2015 - 2020.
Attending the congress were representatives of the Party Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc; State Bank of Vietnam, Nghe An branch.

| Performances to welcome the congress |
During the 2010 - 2015 term, Vietinbank Vinh has made strong development steps, exceeding the targets set by the Party Congress Resolution. By the end of 2014, the total mobilized capital reached over 2,500 billion VND, with an average capital growth of 32.5%/year.
Total outstanding loans reached nearly 2,000 billion VND; average annual outstanding loan growth was over 18%. Income from service activities has continuously increased over the years, with a growth rate of over 27%/year. Therefore, officers and employees have stable jobs and income increases every year.

During the 2010-2015 term, the branch actively participated in social and humanitarian activities with a total contribution of more than 2.5 billion VND. Regarding party building, the Party Committee admitted 12 new party members and continuously achieved the title of Strong Party Member.

In the 2015 - 2020 term, in terms of business, Vietinbank Vinh sets an average annual growth target of 10 - 15% in mobilized capital, 10 - 15% in outstanding loans, and a bad debt ratio of less than 2%. In terms of party building, the unit is determined to maintain the title of a strong Party Committee. From there, Vietinbank Vinh will become one of the leading commercial banks in the province.
The Congress also elected the Party Executive Committee for the 6th term, 2015-2020, and delegates to attend the higher-level Party Congress.
