Based on the general model of the General Department, the State Reserve Department of Nghe - Tinh region has specified, built and regulated specific criteria for safe warehouse areas, green warehouse areas, clean and beautiful warehouse areas in accordance with reality. Units based on policies, orientations, and actual conditions at the unit have both done ideological work, propaganda and education for civil servants to imbue and understand the movement, and promoted collective strength, with the core forces being the Trade Union, Women's Union, and Youth Union organizations. Thanks to a systematic and scientific implementation, the movement "Building safe, green, clean and beautiful warehouse areas" has been positively responded to by units, creating a great spreading effect. Many solutions, many good, creative and effective ways have been applied by units such as "taking short-term to support long-term", having land to grow vegetables, crops, raise chickens and ducks, etc. After harvesting, the land is improved to grow fruit trees. To ensure fire prevention and fighting, all warehouse areas have replaced the construction of fire water tanks by renovating ponds in the warehouse area into "fire ponds", ensuring the amount of fire water, raising fish to increase income, and taking advantage of water sources for irrigation of crops. Implementing the mechanism of linking the work of preserving goods in the warehouse with labor outside the warehouse for each individual increases the responsibility and self-awareness of workers. The slogan "morning inside, afternoon outside", in the morning the warehouse keeper works in the warehouse, in the afternoon he takes care of the garden outside the warehouse has become the command at the general warehouse for each worker to implement. In the first days of implementation, the leaders of the Department and the departments have assigned to closely follow the instructions at the base, work together, and work together with the brothers. We visited the Hong Duc Sub-Department, one of the 8 sub-departments under the State Reserve Department of Nghe Tinh region. It is easy to feel that the green, clean, and beautiful scenery here has created a cool atmosphere, dispelling the heat in the middle of summer. The entire warehouse area is surrounded by green trees, ornamental gardens, and neat vegetable gardens. Leading us on a tour of the Hong Linh model warehouse area, the Head of the Department, Tran Viet Tri, said: this is thanks to the correct policy of the superiors and the consensus and dedication of the staff and workers in the department. With only 17 staff and workers, the Hong Duc State Reserve Sub-Department is assigned to manage 3 warehouse areas: Hong Linh warehouse area, Duc Lam warehouse area and Linh Cam warehouse area (Duc Tho) with a reserve of over 6,000 tons of rice and 1,000 tons of reserve paddy, on average each worker here has to preserve over 700 tons of rice and reserve paddy. Hong Duc Branch has become one of the typical bright spots in implementing the movement "Building a safe, green, clean and beautiful warehouse area".

Not only Hong Duc Sub-Department, the movement "Building safe, green, clean, beautiful warehouse areas" has really spread widely and effectively in all 25 warehouse areas of 8 sub-departments. The barren, rocky lands full of weeds are now replaced by the green of vegetables and fruit trees with high economic value. Based on the soil conditions of each area, the warehouse areas have had many creative ways, planting many sets of trees with high efficiency such as: lemon garden at Nghi Loc Sub-Department, mango garden at Hong Duc Sub-Department, longan garden at Do Luong Sub-Department, medicinal herb garden at Vinh Sub-Department... In addition to the main fruit garden with abundant fruit, lush green raw material trees, interspersed in the middle are clean vegetable gardens grown according to the intercropping method "seasonal vegetables" bringing income and contributing to increasing the amount of nutrition in each daily meal for officers and employees of each unit. Green vegetable gardens, rows of fruit trees, pond systems... in addition to creating a green, clean landscape for the warehouse area also help officers and employees earn additional income in addition to their monthly salary of 200,000 - 300,000 VND/person, and more importantly, they have created trust and attachment between civil servants and the agency, contributing to repelling social evils, thereby helping workers focus on taking care of their professional work, building an increasingly strong unit./.
