Cart collides with truck, man seriously injured

(Baonghean.vn) - The tire cart suddenly rushed out into the middle of the road, causing the truck driver to crash into it without time to react, seriously injuring the person sitting on the tire cart.

The accident occurred at 4:30 p.m. on July 1, on National Highway 46, passing through Hamlet 6, Thanh Duong Commune, Thanh Chuong District.

Witnesses to the accident said that at the time, Nguyen Dinh Truong, residing in Hamlet 7, Thanh Duong Commune, Thanh Chuong District, was driving a tire cart carrying agricultural tools to work in the fields.

When the ox cart was about 100 meters from the alley to Highway 46, the ox pulling the cart suddenly rushed out into the middle of the road. At that time, the truck driver with license plate 37C - 063.64 (driver's identity unknown) was carrying a load of pigs and could not handle the situation in time, so he crashed head-on into the ox cart.

The accident left Mr. Truong seriously injured, blood flowing from his ear everywhere; the truck's front end was damaged, the lights and windshield were broken; the ox cart's tires were completely damaged, and agricultural tools were broken.

Immediately afterwards, Mr. Truong was taken by his family to Nam Dan District General Hospital for emergency treatment in a state of serious injury.
